This machine consists of three layers of knives.The first layer consists of two series of flat knives that slice the bread into thin slices.The second layer of knife is composed of 8 inclined knives, which are evenly distributed on the main shaft to cut bread into strips.When the bread loaf is cut into the third layer of knife, the bread loaf is made into different sizes due to the combination of 24 cutting knives and different sizes of sieve.
